Thai Kickboxing is Fitness with a Purpose! Our adult students tell us that their focus, their attitudes, and overall mental state have improved significantly since joining our program; not to mention that they are having a blast in the process!
At WCMA our classes are always high energy and action packed! Instead of dreading the next time that you have to go to the gym, you’ll be wishing your class wasn’t over! What sets us apart is that our coaches are trained martial artists so not only will you get an amazing workout but you’ll actually learn how to punch and kick the correct way in case you need to defend yourself!
Never taken a fitness and conditioning class before? That’s okay! Everyone can enjoy our classes regardless of their age or experience. The best part is that you can always bring a friend to come and try it out with you.
What Sets Us Apart?
- Our coaches are trained martial artists so not only will you get an amazing workout but you’ll actually learn how to punch and kick the correctly in case you ever need to use those skills to defend yourself!
- We incorporate the fundamentals of self-defense into each class.
- Motivation- Have you ever received a “good job note” at the gym? When you are doing well and hitting your goals we notice! We like to shout from the rooftops about our students.
- Attendance- We notice if you’re not in class. Accountability is key to hitting your fitness goals. Our coaches will track your progress and encourage you to train at least 2x per week.
- Reward and recognition- Although this is not a traditional martial arts class we still like to recognize and reward you on a regular basis. You’ll just have to start training with us to find out. Surprises are fun!
A WCMA Thai Kickboxing class is the most fun you can have while sculpting a lean and mean physique.
Pumpin’ music! Our instructors choose music that will get you in the groove and ready for action. We’ll get you warmed up for a bag-centered training session that involves body weight calisthenics and cardio conditioning.
Cardio & Calisthenics
Our kickboxing classes incorporate many different exercises involving partner drills, heavy bags, pads, and muscle toning.
Body Sculpting & Fat Burning
Want your body to become trimmed and toned? Our classes are designed to help you do just that! We work on the areas that you want to “tighten up”!
Our only objective is to help you achieve your fitness goals and give you the motivational support need to do so.
